Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery can take 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We start preparing your order as soon as it’s placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us right away at info@lordelleapparel.com if you need assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do not accept returns unless faulty items are identified.

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size?

A: No. Unfortunatley we do not accept returns or exchanges for different size. Please select carefully upon purchase.

Q: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

A: We’re so sorry! Please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

 

Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know which size to order?

A: Each product page includes a size guide. Please allow for slight variations (up to 2.5 cm) due to manual measurement.

Q: Are your products unisex?

A: Many of our pieces are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit. Check the description for specific sizing recommendations.

Q: How should I care for my Lordelle Apparel?

A: We recommend cold wash, gentle cycle, and line dry to preserve print and fabric quality.

 

Faith & Brand

Q: What does “Lordelle” mean?

A: There are two parts to our name: 

  1. LORD - for our Lord and saviour
  2. Elle- Which is an abbreviation of Elisheva of hebrew origin meaning, God is my oath.

Q: Do you design your own pieces?

A: Yes! Every piece is thoughtfully designed in-house (We are based in Sydney Australia)

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Our products are designed and made by our partners in New Zealand, with our printing partners located in Brisbane, Australia.
